Terms of Service

ZenoFuse is a hosted bookmark manager with optional AI categorization, collections, tags, workspaces, import/export, public sharing and a browser extension. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person per account. Do not share credentials.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

• The Free plan is genuinely free and has the limits published on the pricing page.
• Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay, in INR or USD depending on your location.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails, we may downgrade the account to Free after a reasonable retry period.
• Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be told before a change affects them.

Your bookmarks are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the narrow licence needed to store, process and display that content back to you, and to anyone you deliberately share a collection link with.

You are responsible for what you save, and for having the right to save it.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to store or distribute unlawful material.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Probe, scan or attack the service, or try to circumvent plan limits or rate limits.
• Resell or white-label the service without written permission.
• Automate the service in a way that degrades it for others.

AI categorization is a convenience, not an oracle. Suggested collections and tags can be wrong, and you should review them. AI requests are processed by the third-party provider you select, subject to that provider's own terms.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and forces outside our control can cause downtime. We do not offer a formal uptime SLA on these plans.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and in serious cases without notice. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export your bookmarks first if you want to keep them.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data where you had the ability to export it.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to contact@zenofuse.com.
